PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issue LOI with request specification, quantity, shipments lots, port of

    destination, time of delivery, terms of payment and all other details including the

    buy/sell procedure banking information. And a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL).

2. Seller perform soft probe on Buyers BCL

3. Seller issues FCO, to be confirmed by the buyer.

4. Buyer sends FCO signed and sealed.

5. Seller sends draft Contract and confirms procedure.

6. Buyer send signed Contract by fax and e-mail and the seller send original contract any

    facsimile or electronic copies, shall be considered as the original.

7. Buyer send pre-advise for LC and seller send bank to bank POP.

8. Shipment as mentioned in the contract starts not later than 30/45 days.

9. Buyer must inform in this contract all ports of destination that can be used to be

    created a formal schedule for delivery

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Aluminum Scrap Extrusions 6063 will be as per ISRI specifications and will be inspected by SGS at Loading Port.
